hello, when i try to login, i get a message "Response closed without headers", what's the issue ?

Instance status become unhealthy and all logs gone if idle. Also, in the summary page the memory shown 0MB. Once there's request come it, the status turns healthy again and memory bar resumed. However the console log still gone.
